Please Note:
- Should you receive a response of no shipment found, and you are tracking the shipment the same day we confirmed the order was shipping please try again later in the evening or the next morning. Normally this is caused by UPS not being able to process a shippers daily manifest yet.
- For Orders placed over weekends or holidays they cannot be shipped till the following business day so no information will be available until that time.
- If an item(s) was backordered in your original order you need to track by the Order Number unless you have received a control number for shipment of the backorder.

Please Note:
- USPS Tracking does not work like other carriers. Typically a USPS shipment will only have two scans. One at the origin and one upon delivery. Many times there is not an origin scan.
- Parcel Post shipments are not trackable
- International Shipments will have no tracking information once they leave the U.S.
