CMT’s Classical Ogee Bits feature an inverted ogee profile, with the concave edge adjacent to the upper surface of the workpiece. Then we add a vertical bead to separate the curves, creating a eye-cathing shape.

Series 844 Classical Ogee Bits can be converted to series 845 bits by changing the bearing to 3/8"

Important: Always assemble the black bearing heat shield with the raised side up when changing the bearing. Improper assembly will cause the screw to come loose and the bearing to fall off when working.

These bits add yet another detail to the 844 ogee bit design. The further define the edge, this profile includes a horizontal bead along the bottom of the cut.

Series 845 Classical Ogee Bits can be converted to series 844 bits by changing the bearing to 1/2"
