With Conventional Grip pliers, it is necessary to adjust the jaw opening for different tasks, resulting in uncontrolled clamping pressures and inconvenient, time consuming manual operations. At the same time, the jaws do not remain parallel with each other.

With the SuperGrip, Bessey has effectively resolved these problems by combining the adjustability of the sliding jaw of screw clamps with the conventional Grip pliers design.

The design of the Bessey SuperGrip pliers ensures that the jaws remain parallel or at the desired angle to each other in any position. The preset clamping pressure remains the same, irrespective of the distance between the jaws.
